Reflection of Project as a Whole:
This project as a whole has taught me how to effectively execute an interview from an observational and professional standpoint; teaching me how to carry myself in the presence of professionals and fellow classmates in a manner where I haven’t once felt intimidated. Instead, I have learned to rehearse and prepare myself as well as this project alongside others in a healthy group environment. I’ve been allowed to experience a real group project unlike last year when I had my wisdom teeth removed so I couldn’t actively communicate with others. It’s helped me hone my time management skills and work on the ways I’ve always communicated so that I can improve them. I’ve also loved my team; we’ve gotten along very well, and they made the whole process less intimidating with them besides me. I barely felt any stress over Project Three because I didn’t have to do all the work, either, and it proved to me that people can be reliable as well as kind in a classroom setting and a mock workplace setting. This project has also helped me build a mock resume, as well as improve upon my real one. Most importantly, though, it has taught me that in a group project setting things go faster when you work side by side and can communicate in real time rather than over text.
